Our 9-Day Retreat is a kick-off retreat, our first such event taking place at our charming Villa Luka in Svib, Croatia, thus in the middle of the countryside. In those nine days you will learn different exercises from stretching and forest bathing over to food consciousness and group coaching sessions. Together we learn more about preparing meals which support our health and state of well being. Our meals will be plant-based.
YOGA & PILATES MIX
We help you to improve your posture and teach you some useful exercises which you can apply in your daily routine.
This is a Japanese technique that teaches us to activate all our senses in nature which has an enormous power to heal.
Throughout these 9 days there will be several group coaching sessions and some individual times to book.
Kristina has vast experience in communication improvement in very different categories, from virtual worlds over cultures and arts to personal life matters. She is experienced in traditional plant medicine and guided meditation. In this retreat she is the organizer and attends retreatees through food consciousness, forest-bathing and coaching sessions.
Denica is a yoga teacher (500 RYT) certified to teach vinyasa and yin/yang yoga classes. In 2017, she completed a 200-hours yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and then in 2019, she did 300-hours yoga teacher training on yin/yang yoga and the 5 elements in Ayurveda and TCM in Bali, Indonesia. Yoga is a meeting with yourself.
Almost the same name but a different person. Danica is supporting our activities with general preparations of our space, food preparation and nature walks. She is an experienced healthcare professional and massagist. Her passion lies in natural health-benefiting cosmetics.
