Twice a year we organize retreats for your well-being in Croatia at the charming Villa Luka (Svib) in the Dalmatian mountains.
For 5 to 9 days you will be focusing on your personal development and we guide you through by increasing awareness for alimentation, your body, your surroundings and by talking about your needs.
Shinrin Yoku was developed in modern Japan to help city people reconnect with nature by activating their senses. In our sessions, we mix in some media usage to increase the focus on details. It helps you to feel good.
