Mindfulness is stimulated through various physical and mental exercises and promotes the perception of the presence in the current moment. Many of them fall under the greater concept of meditation. Mindfulness meditation is a simple, contemplative practice of becoming truly aware within time. In doing so, we should explore our active experiencing and emotional reactions. For the sceptics: There are countless studies, including empirical ones, that show improvements in the immune system, lifestyle and work environment in practitioners.

KRISTINA'S COACHING STORY

"Every child is a Zen master by nature," Sister Chân Thuận Nghiêm shared with Kristina in 2023. This truth resonates deeply: when we refrain from interference and truly listen, wisdom reveals itself.

Kristina has been practicing mindfulness since 2016, a journey that began during a pivotal time of profound personal change. Through techniques such as meditation, guided visualization, and mindful walking, she cultivated a heightened awareness of her surroundings. This practice empowered her to make healthier decisions and chart a new, fulfilling path in life—a journey of realization and growth.

Beyond mindfulness, Kristina has delved into Transactional Analysis by Eric Berne, exploring modern psychoanalytical approaches to understanding interpersonal relationships and character development. She also pursues the study of pre-modern healing techniques, integrating these insights to develop her own holistic approach to enhancing well-being.

Her greatest motivation is fostering true, lasting improvement in a person's well-being. She believes that even the smallest steps can be life-changing, and that sustainable growth is a continuous process of deepening awareness and self-discovery.

Some of her trainers were:

- Marco Antônio Raduan sr. (Psychoanalytical Mentor)

- The Yawanawa spirit transmitted through Hushahu Yawanawa and her daughter

- Sister Chân Thuận Nghiêm from the Order of Interbeing (Dharma Teacher)

- Shetehu Shanenawa (Respected Student of Forest Medicines for more than 60 years)

In general, aside from retreats and corporate events, teachings and treatments are offered free of charge, with a suggested contribution that also supports a meaningful social cause.
