Visit our calm Well-Being Retreats, which occur multiple times a year at our charming Villa Luka,
isolated in the mountains of Dalmatia near Svib, Croatia. Our place is located in the middle of the countryside and surrounded by greens and all you have is silence and peace.

The prices include airport transfer, accommodation for the duration of the retreat, access to the swimming pool, 3 meals per day, all activities in the program, individual coaching sessions, and a day trip to the Adriatic seaside (for the Spring and Autumn Well-Being Retreat).
It does not include costs for travelling to and from the location. Flights and other means of transport to participate must be organized by the retreat booking person.

What you eat is the fuel to your being. Together we will learn more about preparing meals that support our health and state of well-being. All the food will be plant-based.
Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a nature embracing technique that teaches us to activate all our senses which has an enormous power to heal the inside and leave the practitioner with an increased awareness.
BODY AWARENESS & YOGA
Movement helps you relax. There will be a morning and evening yoga session, introducing the element of the day, including breathing exercises, Asana flow, meditation, and relaxation.
PERSONAL & GROUP COACHING
Understanding yourself via reflection. Throughout the retreat, each participant can book 1-2 individual coaching sessions in addition to the group coaching activities.
Kristina has vast experience in communication improvement in very different categories, from virtual worlds over cultures and arts to personal life matters. She is experienced in traditional plant medicine and guided meditation. She is the main organizer of the retreat and attends participants through food consciousness, forest-bathing, and coaching sessions.

Denica is a certified yoga teacher (500 RYT) in Vinyasa and Yin/Yang yoga. She completed a Vinyasa yoga teacher training (200 RYT) in India and Yin/Yang yoga teacher training (300 RYT) on the Five Elements of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bali. She teaches all the yoga classes during the retreat program.

Danica is an experienced healthcare professional and masseur. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and balanced food combination, supporting us with her cooking and life inspirations. Her passion lies in natural health-benefiting cosmetics.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
I had a great time! Just the location in the mountains of Croatia was so beautiful that it was easy for me to calm down.
We had group coaching sessions with great topics that inspired me a lot and still give me a lot of impulses for everyday life after the retreat.
The yoga sessions professionally led by Denica were powerful and relaxing at the same time.
The food lovingly prepared by Kristina's mother was completely vegan and yet a daily culinary highlight. I was also able to take some of this into my everyday life.
All in all, I would say that after the retreat I felt a bit like "reborn" both mentally and physically.
Important for people (like me) who have never done something like this before is to be very open and just get involved with everything.
Participating in the retreat was an adventure for me: I entered unfamiliar territory, had new and surprising experiences, learned to be more mindful and enjoyed the benevolence of the companions in abundance .
