Creative AI Workshops and Initiatives

• Workshops & Lectures: Since 2019, Kristina Bodrožić-Brnić has promoted creative AI applications in arts and design, starting with works like Untitled by Graziele Lautenschlaeger, Fabrizio Poltronieri, and Radamés Ajna.

• Publications: In 2022, Kristina led a publication featuring 12 researchers on creativity and AI for the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Zukunftskultur.

• Podcasts: Since 2021, Kristina has produced podcasts on creativity and AI, focusing on SME growth. From October 2022, she managed podcast production as project manager at the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Zukunftskultur.

• Conferences: In April 2022, WorldTribe conceptualized a conference on creativity and AI at the Siemens Villa, Berlin. Kristina reorganized the event in 2024 as an internal employee of the center.

• Teaching Modules: Kristina introduced a specialization course on creative AI in 2021 at BSP Business & Law School. Since 2023, she has integrated AI workshops into her Business Administration classes on the Hamburg campus.

 

Digital Communication & Leadership

• Virtual Study Coaching: Delivered 12 coaching sessions to help BSP students navigate virtual studies during the pandemic (2020-2021).

• Leadership Training: Provided six sessions of digital leadership coaching to break communication barriers for team leaders across sectors.

• Digital Strategy: Consulted a nursing school (BMH Gera) to design a five-year digital qualification strategy aligned with Germany’s "Digitalpakt Schule".

• Long-Term Unemployed Training: Designed 21 digital modules for Jobcenter Mayen-Koblenz to prepare unemployed individuals for modern office tools.

• Video Tutorials: Created seven tutorials on virtual communication for Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Kommunikation (2020).

Intercultural Communication & Internationalization

• Event Organization: Managed event logistics and speaker preparation for the Brandenburg Ministry of Economic Affairs (2021).

• China Workshops: Moderated intercultural events for the Berlin Chinese Automotive Network (2020-2021).

• Chinese Culture Education: Teaches Chinese business culture at BSP Business & Law School, Hamburg.

• Start-Up Mentoring: Since 2021, Kristina mentors German startups on understanding Chinese work culture through the "Bridge to China" program.

• Mentorship Programs: Mentored professionals working in intercultural contexts, including refugees, through Ferdinand-Porsche Fern FH Vienna (2021).

Languages

• Language Training: Teaching languages since 2011, including German, Chinese, English, Portuguese, Croatian, and more. Students range from business professionals to academic learners.

• Translation Services: Provided translations in business, arts, journalism, and academia.

• Live Interpretation: Offers simultaneous interpretation for virtual events and conferences through the WorldTribe network. Highlights include subtitling for Ai Weiwei’s movie A Tree (2018).

• Chinese Language Learning: Developed an HSK Level 1 course for language labs at the University of São Paulo and created 200 mini-lessons for Vivo’s app in Brazil.

• Forest Bathing: Practicing and coaching Shinrin Yoku in Potsdam and Berlin parks since 2016.

• Mindfulness Coaching: Helping individuals increase self-awareness and body connection since 2020.

• Well-Being Retreats: Organizes retreats in Dalmatia (since 2021) focusing on food, nature, exercise, and coaching.
