A new coaching consortium has been brought into being with members from Potsdam and Berlin attending small & medium-sized businesses which want to go international. The development of new markets, especially foreign markets, is also a central aspect of growth for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Therefore Frank Fichte (networking & international project-management), Thomas Thiessen (SME coaching in the field of foreign trade / digital transformation of SMEs) and Kristina Bodrozic-Brnic (WorldTribe founder & coach for intercultural communication & virtual presenting) got together to work out tailor-made coaching packages for their clients in Germany. The trio is being supported by the know-how in VR, AR & MR of the VR-Business-Club founders Maren Courage and Oliver Autumn. Further their large network includes specialists in taxation & import policies, marketing, human resources and many more.
The idea here is to attend especially the local market in Brandenburg with their know-how and covering East-Asian, American and South-American internationalization strategies. Companies receive an analysis of their requirements and are then able to receive support from the i-Business Coaches over a course of 2-12 weeks. The Ministry of Economics, Labor and Energy runs a funding program, where local companies can apply for subsidies up to 100% (Start-Ups). So, it definitively worth for businesses in Brandenburg to look into this opportunity and then get their professional tailor-made coaching and consulting services by i-Business Coaching.
