Recap from our Spring Well-Being Retreat

The Spring edition of our Well-Being Retreat took place from June 4th to 11th 2022

In early June, we gathered again for a retreat in nature in the beautiful remote location in the Croatian mountains of Dalmatia. Picking cherries from the trees in the garden, cooking meals together, hiking in the mountains, drawing, dancing around a bonfire, and swimming in the Adriatic sea were just some of the activities during this second edition of the Well-Being Retreat.

With a small group of participants from Germany, we talked about trust, values, and ways to improve our lives during the coaching sessions organised by our coach Kristina. She was also our guide in forest bathing activities to trigger our senses and connect with the nature surrounding us. We practised Yoga twice per day, re-energising our bodies and calming down our minds with customised yoga sessions according to the theme of the day, designed by Denica.

As usual, all our meals were plant-based, accompanied by discussions about healthy nutrition and food consciousness. Vegan food could be extremely delicious when prepared with care and love, using the right spices and fresh products. Our vegan burgers with self-baked burger buns were a highlights.
